Created to Win

Just like Adam, the first of all mankind, you were placed on the earth and given dominion from God to rule everything in it. Genesis tells the story of how Adam separated himself from God through disobedience in the Garden of Eden. He fell from the position of authority that God wanted him to have, but God's story was just getting started and it has an amazing ending.

“The Lord will guarantee a blessing on everything you do and will fill your storehouses with grain. The Lord your God will bless you in the land he is giving you."
─ Deuteronomy 28:8 NLT

As a born-again child of God, through faith in Christ Jesus, you've been made an overcomer in this life! All that Adam lost belongs to you! Imagine you were about to take on the most difficult challenge you’ve ever faced, and God spoke up loudly and said, “I will make sure that you are successful in this endeavor. You will come out on top – not just a little bit – but a lot!”

Wow! What a promise. Would your confidence in God rise? When you follow God’s purpose, you have all the wisdom of God backing your success. You have God on the inside of you helping you accomplish the work. Everything you put your hand to, according to his purpose in you, is promised success (Deuteronomy 28:8).

When you follow God’s purpose, you have all the wisdom of God backing your success. 

You may not immediately feel like a winner. It doesn’t mean you won’t have challenges. The hurdles before of you seldom disappear overnight, but you can go over them and finish the race victorious in Christ.

What difficulty is before you today? Go to God and ask for His wisdom and instruction. Then dig your heels in deep and expect to win big!
