Hate No One
No matter what pain someone has caused you–choose to forgive. Anger, bitterness, and revenge is not a substitute for real happiness! The bottom line is this–it’s impossible to hate someone and experience the joy of walking with Jesus! Not only that, carrying around all that hatred will literally destroy you emotionally and physically, because that stress will take its toll on your body. Walking around with that much anger will also rob you of loving relationships with others but even worse–it will demolish your friendship with Jesus! You simply can not be filled with the love of Jesus and at the same time be consumed with hate! The Bible says in Matthew 6:15-16, “For if you forgive other people when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive others their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins.” No amount of hatred and bitterness is worth missing out on heaven! So make it your number one rule: hate no one! When someone does you wrong–ask God to put forgiveness in your heart–right away! Don’t let it linger for even a moment! Then pray for that person–not in a condescending way, as if you are better than they are, but with a humble heart. Also, when you’re the one who has done wrong, ask for forgiveness and then . . . forgive yourself! Sometimes forgiving yourself is harder than forgiving someone else. Whether it is hating yourself or someone who has hurt you–either way–it is downright destructive–so choose peace, love and joy . . . and hate no one! Text: Mark 11:25, Daniel 9:9, Colossians 1:13-14, Micah 7:18-19

Bible Texts:
Mark 11:25 NKJV - "And whenever you stand praying, if you have anything against anyone, forgive him, that your Father in heaven may also forgive you your trespasses."

Daniel 9:9 NKJV - "To the Lord our God belong mercy and forgiveness, though we have rebelled against Him."

Colossians 1:13-14 NKJV - He has delivered us from the power of darkness and conveyed us into the kingdom of the Son of His love, in whom we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins.

Micah 7:18-19 NKJV - Who is a God like You, Pardoning iniquity And passing over the transgression of the remnant of His heritage? He does not retain His anger forever, Because He delights in mercy. He will again have compassion on us, And will subdue our iniquities. You will cast all our sins Into the depths of the sea.
