Well I would speak to hr about my concerns. I would also try and educate the 
staff and employees when I could about guide dogs and the care of them. I 
think you are a member of the Toledo chapter? I would think if you could 
prove this happen it would be necessary for hr to address the issue. Even if 
the worse case was true where your dog had flees it is not the correct way 
to address the issue buy taking things in there hands. Richard
