Golf outing will benefit

OSSB Marching Band

The Sunbury Lions Club will hold a golf

outing on Sunday, July 12 to support the

Ohio State School for the Blind Marching

Band's trip to the 2010 Tournament of Roses

parade.

The 18-hole, four-person scramble will be at

the Rattlesnake Ridge Golf Club in Sunbury.

Registration begins at 1 p.m., with a shotgun

start at 2 p.m. It is open to everyone. The

cost is $80 a person. There will be door

prizes, a silent auction and a meal after the

event. Online bidding for the silent auction

begins next week. Prizes include rounds of

golf at 15 area courses and memorabilia from

The Ohio State University signed by James
