[Ohio-talk] Question About Ordering the Braille Coin

Hello,

There is talk about there being both proof and uncirculated versions of 
the coin.  What is the difference?  Am I just misreading this?  I 
obviously understand that uncirculated means that it isn't released to 
the public like a typical monitary piece but what is proof?  Also, I 
thought this coin was supposed to be $50--$10 of that to go to the 
federation?  Why then is it only $37 on the US Mint site?  I want to get 
one but wish to insure that I am ordering the right thing.
