Hi Cheryl,
I called the Cincinnati Number just to see if it would let me log in.
I was able to log right in. I did not of course stay onand use it but had no problem getting logged it.
I recognized my home number and all I had to do was enter 1 digit which is what I normally do.
It worked fine.
