JW,
This piqued my insatiable curiosity, so I did a little googling to figure 
out where these people are.  Zip code for Bellevue is 44811.  Area code is 
419.  It has parts in Erie, Huron, Sandusky, and Seneca counties.  Doing a 
mapquest from a random Bellevue address to a random Toledo address, it is 
about 50 miles, so maybe that is not the closest chapter.
Hope someone among us can get these people to a chapter.

   Is there an NFB chapter near Bellevue, Ohio. My husband is completely
blind and was wondering if there is a place close that offers training with
help in getting around and some activities to do. He is also on dialysis and
is not able to be gone for more than a day at a time. Thank you for time.
