Dear Mr. Smith, 

   Is there an NFB chapter near Bellevue, Ohio. My husband is completely
blind and was wondering if there is a place close that offers training with
help in getting around and some activities to do. He is also on dialysis and
is not able to be gone for more than a day at a time. Thank you for time.
