2.    Carefully review all the available positions and customize your
Federal resume, by researching your position of interest and identifying the
key skills and duties that the Selecting managers are looking for in your

The Special Hiring Notice is divided into 4 distinctly different sections.
Please review the following information on how to apply for the positions
listed and to use the resources accordingly.

 

The 1st & 2nd sections (page 1) lists the USAJOBS Vacancy Announcement
Numbers on the right hand side of the page. When you click on the number or
entering it into the USAJOBS advanced search. It will take you to the USAJOB
posting where you can sign in and apply directly. Make sure you complete the
application process, and you receive a email conformation indicating your

***It should be noted that the 1st section announcements all close on the
18th of November and the 2nd section announcements at the bottom of page 1
have various closing dates. So please follow the closing dates indicated on

The 3rd Section (page 2 and top of page 3) lists the Job Tit le, Grade and
Basic Qualifications Required. Please review the Basic Qualification
Required section to develop your targeted resume. All Jobs listed in this
section can be applied to by submitting your resume, and supporting
documentation directly to our mail box. Be sure to include the Position
Title, Series and Grade in the Subject line of the email and send it

Since many of the positions in this section require special experience and
education. They will be reviewed independently by our team of HR Specialists
to determine if you meet the minimum qualifications required. When applying
