AFB Is Now Offering Diabetes Information in Audio Format!

You can now read or listen to our Diabetes and Vision Loss Guide <http://www.afb.org/seniorsite.asp?SectionID=63&TopicID=396> . 

AFB also offers Diabetes: the Basics <http://www.afb.org/seniorsite.asp?SectionID=63&TopicID=458>  in a text or audio format.

Consumers who are interested in obtaining CDs and USBs with the audio in an MP3 format, can call the Diabetes Partnership of Cleveland (formerly the Diabetes Association of Greater Cleveland) at 216-591-0800 or visit www.diabetespartnership.org/visimpaired.asp. Diabetes educators are also able to download the MP3s from the Diabetes Partnership but are not eligible to obtain the CD or USB version.
