Colleagues, attached you should find the necessary information you will need
to be apart of the award process this year.

 

You should have 4 attachments as follows and if you have trouble opening
them please contact Eric Duffy and he should be able to assist you with
this.

 

1 The introductory letter and memo from Chairman Barb fohl giving you the
overview of all of the awards including the Gavel Award information.

 

2 The chapter questionnaire for the Gavel Award.

 

3 The Division questionnaire for the Gavel Award.

 

4 A copy of the winning questionaire from last year submitted by our Miami
Valley Chapter.

 

Please read the information carefully and pay attention to all dedlines and
remember that even though you may choos not to participate in the Gavel
Award process, you will still need to submit a report to me concerning this
years activities for your chapter and Division before the Convention to be
able to officially vote.

 

Please give the Awards Committee a lot of work this year ok but above all,
have fun looking back on your time and efforts so far this year!
