RSC's first ever DisAbility Jobs Summit: Connecting & Building Partnerships
is being held on September 17-18, 2012.  This Jobs Summit will be held at
the Greater Columbus Convention Center with registration beginning at 8:30
a.m. on September 17.  Hours of the conference are September 17, 9:30-5:30
and September 18, 8:15-4:00.  A brochure is attached.

WE HAVE ADDED THREE NEW SESSIONS TO THIS EXCITING TWO DAY JOBS SUMMIT FOR
PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES, LEADERSHIP, EMPLOYERS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS!!

THE THREE NEW SESSIONS SCHEDULED ON SEPTEMBER 18 ARE:

.         12:45 - 2:15   FOR EMPLOYMENT SEEKERS

.         Seeking Employment - Aim High with a Backup Plan, presented by
Mark Seifarth, Congressional Liaison, National Council on Disability

.         2:30 - 4:00    FOR SERVICE PROVIDERS

.         Workforce Investment Act (WIA) and Possible Upcoming
Reauthorization, presented by Mark Seifarth, Congressional Liaison, National
Council on Disability

.         12:45 - 2:15 and 2:30 - 4:00    FOR SERVICE PROVIDERS

.         Supported Employment for People with Blindness and Visual
Impairments, Nicole Clevenger, Center for Evidence-Based Practices at Case
Western University and Joel Zureick 

CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE/CREDITS WILL BE PROVIDED

.         11.5 hours of CRC/NCC certification and LSW/PC licensure;

.         11.5 SPHR credits have been approved for employers; 

.         The total number of DD credits are pending approval.
