[Ohio-talk] Convention Arrangements

Hi Sherri,
I choose to make these comments publicly.
I was very leary about the new schedule but I found most of it very interesting.
However I would like a longer break; between the afternoon session and the Evening Meetings.
The At Large Chapter was not able to meet during the weekend because of the full schedule. I realize that there are a lot of things to consider but the At Large Chapter can only meet once a year.
While we are small we still have work to do and therefore we need to be given a slot that will work.
The Hotel Restaurant Service left much to be desired and we need to work on this.
This doesn't solve the problem if this should happen again.
I would like to see a two hour break between the session and Evening Meetings.
Some people did not get to their rooms at all until 10:30 p.m. after arriving 12 hours earlier.
Also, I think that Exhibitors are not going to come if they have to compete with shopping.
I think we won't get good vendors of Blindness Products if they do not think it's worthwhile.
I like the time in the afternoon for oxhibits and the Friday afternoon session.
Longer Dinner Break on Friday, Please.
