Hi Milena,
Of course you are not obligated to go to a Drunken Party or provide Spirits for that party.
I think supporting NAPUB is different.
We will never agree on this.
I am sure you want to promote literacy for blind people and that you want to make braille available.
It seems to me that your only problem with NAPUB right now is xs' support of the Bana proposal.
I am not thrilled with UEB either but I still support NAPUB because I want blind people to be literate and I want to get Braille into the hands of as many blind people as I can.
I also want to change the laws to make Braille a very necessary part of every child's IEP. I want Braille to be in an IEP unless there is a strong reason to leave it out.
Braille is important no matter what the code.
