Jeff was delivering local ones all last weekend.  I had a party here last
Sunday, so he now has lots more candles to make, ship, or deliver.

By the way, he is a very committed individual.  He has a brother who,
although he is not yet in the Federation, is blind.  In fact, Jeff says he
is the only one of I think four siblings who does not have RP.  He's a good
guy, so don't worry.  I'm sure your candles will be arriving.
