Good afternoon!

I want to apologize for my late responses.  We are having major email problems.  I have not been able to read any of my emails.  I can send them, but not retrieve them.

Therefore, please continue to send them, even though they have to be filtered later.

Sheri and Deborah,

The Cleveland Chapter will have our monthly meeting on tomorrow.  At the time we will make a decision as to what time we will leave here.  I am proposing 6:30 to arrive at 10:30 AM.  I have also spoken to two of my members to be ambassadors for the convention at the request of Richard.  We have a count of 32 on the bus with others who are driving on their own.  I think  the count may be slightly hirer after the meeting tomorrow.  Those who are driving are the Literacy Department of four and Career Services and Call Center Department of 4.

So, we are prepared for the arrival.  In addition, there will be designated members who will attend the Board Meeting to ensure that Cleveland has a good representation.  All of the rest will assist with unloading luggage, assisting senior members and any other task that is needed.
