I have found that, if you are in the fortunate position of being able to catch a quick nap during the day at times when your cycle is backward, the thing can be managed…. I am grateful for my office couch! *smile*
but, yes, it can be difficult at times!

research. She just wants your contact information and to send the NFB $24.
