[Ohio-talk] Funding distribution @ Orlando

I beg to differ. That is over and above their responsibilities. If every body decided they wanted the front desk to be their personal mail service, those desk clerks would most likely walk out and never come back. 
That is a lot to ask of the front desk. Customer service or not.
