Good Afternoon,

The Cleveland Chapter of the National Federation of the Blind of Ohio is taking on an initiative of recruiting and educating Greater Cleveland and its surrounding areas. We are improving our efforts to bring about awareness about "what it means to be blind".
Therefore, we have implemented a method to increase our membership and to educate the community about the NFB and blindness. Each month starting with March 2013, we will visit several Churches throughout Northeast Ohio: addressing their congregation, distributing literature and making ourselves readily available.

The Cleveland Chapter is inviting anyone who would like to join us in this endeavor. On March 17, 2013, we will attend East Mt. Zion Baptist Church located at 9990 Euclid Ave in Cleveland Ohio. The service will start at 10:45 A.M. and usually ends around 12:30 P.M. We are requesting everyone to sit together to form a united front. There is power in numbers!! You do not have to be a member of the Cleveland Chapter to join us.

If you have questions and for more information, please contact Cheryl Fields, Membership Chairperson at 216-932-6644. Note! More information will be coming about where the next Church will be.

Sincerely Yours,

Suzanne M. Turner,
William H. Turner, President of the Cleveland Chapter
