Often, paratransit is not reliable.  Can you take the city bus instead?

I used to take paratransit to work and it would either get me there too early or too late.  A couple of times, I got home past 9 p.m. after I was picked up at 7:30, an hour and a half after my work tour ended.  I decided to take the city bus, even though it required three transfers.  At least, I got to work on time, and I was able to catch the first bus after my shift ended.
