Details:
Minimum qualifications
HS diploma or GED
At least 6 months customer service experience
Strong computer skills (no minimum typing speed, but experience with MS office is a must)
Previous call center experience a plus
Special notes
I was told by the recruiter they are located a good mile from the nearest bus line, so alternative transportation if one does not have a car may be needed.
Hours are 5 days a week including either a Saturday or Sunday, 12:30-9PM or 1:30-10PM
Offers will be contingent on a background check and drug screening.

Training will be conducted Monday through Friday 8AM-5:30PM for roughly the first 5 or 6 weeks.
Starting wage on average is $13-14/hour + bonuses depending on experience.
Screening and Selection process

Candidates will complete two assessments, 1 being a simulation of a telephone call.
The second is a personality assessment. I cannot verify whether or not these are accessible with assistive technology. However, the recruiter indicated they would work with those needing reasonable accommodations.
