[Ohio-talk] Most recent Dayton experience and learned something about people who help in airports

Thfey aren't allowed to take it if they work for the airline, such as Delta.
But most of the people who help us are hired by a separate company which the
airport itself contracts with. Since we can't see their uniforms, the safe
thing is to offer and, if they are airline employees, they refuse.

I offer to tip people too. I was told, however, that the airport escorts
were not permitted to accept them. The person who told me was one of the
escorts. Who knows?

I just didn't know about the escorts. I am very happy she said something to
me about it. I just assumed they were paid by the airport or airlines. I
learned, again, the meaning of assume.
