I am writing to get the ball rolling. While speaking with the president Eric
Duffy the other day I understood that we need to organize a death blind
division in Ohio.  I know that we have several members of this list that
could be a member. I have been asked to step in and work on the membership
efforts of the state and think this could be a start and by the state
convention we could have this group going. I am requesting those of you who
wish to get started to reply to me off list at rchpay7 at gmail.com

I am also ready to work on 75 days and our local chapters. Positive Payne
