[Ohio-talk] OOD Work Tolerance

Have the rules changed to qualify? There used to be 3 things that
would qualify someone for BSVI services. You must have a documented
disability (blind). It must interfere with your ability to obtain or
maintain employment and there must be a reasonable expectation that,
with VR services, you would obtain or maintain employment. Once these
3 statements have been met then a plan would be developed based on
your needs. That is where work tolerance could come in. I know
things have changed since there have been so many cuts and that is why
I am asking the question.
