Hi Marianne,
I didn't think of putting the puffy paint on the index cards.
This may work.
I do think the Voxcomm or Pen Friend would be better.
Megan did not offer to help Dawn with the labeling but Dawn doesn't want her to do anything else.
I think that Puffy Paint would be difficult for Dawn unless we used a lot for each label.
