Well I think there is a way to get what you need without being a bulldozer.
When you request something like a braille agenda you could always tell someone where withy could get that done.
Some people wouldn't know. Sometimes our approach makes a difference.
You need to tell them how long it might take to get the agenda and ask in plenty of time.
Just a suggestion.
