Lillie,
There is a guy who sells educational products that are braille letters on
piecess that were originally Lego blocks! Over time, he started making his
own rather than using Legos, but that is still what they feel like.
Those might be incorporated into jewelry. I can't remember his name, but I
think he calls them Braille Tiles. If googling doesn't bring him up, he's a
good friend of Bill McCann at Dancing Dots.
Just throwing it out there in case you're interested.

Hello David,
I love this idea. The only problem is that I cannot make Braille beads, but
I will look in to where I can purchase them. However, these earrings would
probably be a bit more expensive, depending on what I would have to pay for
the braille beads.
It really is an awesome idea, and I will look into how I can make it
possible.
