[Ohio-talk] Convention Agenda anyone?

Please do tell us if there is anything in the works for parents and families of blind children. If there is something that will be happening, I know I would like to represent the student division, along with any other 2014 officers who can work it out.

Thanks,

She is from Turkey, and is a great example of how a blind person from another country can both get acclimated here and share what she learns with her fellow citizens at home.

I know it would help them to better understand what NFB is about, if they could read what is in store for them. They are from another country and are searching for answers on how to deal with blindness. We are fortunate here in America, even though the system is not perfect, at least there are programs for blind students and adults. In their country, once you are blind, that is the end of education and there are no resources.I am encouraging them to attend, but it would really help to have more information for them.Carol _______________________________________________
