Hi Milena, If you have not already tried it, Internet Explorer is the best browser. I don't know if you're using a pc or a mac, but if you have windows, give Internet explorer a try. I am not familiar with opera though. I too have experienced issues with firefox. Let me know how it goes. Thank you, Kelsey Nicolay
