You are right.  I jumped to a conclusion and it may be the wrong
conclusion.  Yes, you can receive training at home for independent
living skills.  It is very limited since the CVRT can only come,
generally, once a week for an hour or 2.  If you have good skills and
just need to improve that can work but if you need more intensive
training a rehabilitation center is much better.
