[Ohio-talk] great book from NLS

He did not sharehis American political views in the book.  He did
express both thanks for and frustration with the Obama administration
while he was in the American embasy.  In the end, he was thankful for
all the administration did for him.  According to the book, he would
have preferred to stay in China and help disabled people there but,
due to the conditions in China he did not believe he or his family
would be safe there.  It is an excellent book and I really learned a
lot about life for the blind in China.

It also gave me a better understanding of the fears our exchange
student has expressed.  Many people around the world live in fear of
their government.  I believe it is wonderful that we can disagree with
our government and we are not tortured or killed because of them.
I wish that for everyone in the world.
