I’m hoping you can help me spread the word about a really great kick
starter project. Some friends of mine adapt accessible board games for
the blind. They’re not the same old games, such as Monopoly, scrabble,
chess or checkers. These games are popular, fun to play, and most
important to blind teens and adults these are games currently being
played by our peers.

Below is a link to their page and a link of a blind teen, Harley
Fetterman, talking about and playing with some of the 3D dice they
have produced that are accessible.

I’d appreciate it if you would spread the word with your networks to
help them meet their kick starter goal and get more current games made
accessible that we can play with our peers.

I have played some of the games 64 Oz Games has adapted and they are
awesome! In short, pun intended, “These adaptations are a game
changer,” for the ability of blind people to fully participate with
their peers.
