[Ohio-talk] what the heck? how is this possible?

I was able to finally get the document to open in word from the pdf, and
it worked pretty well. I was trying to open it with a web browser and it
was putting it in notepad, which was just making a mess of things.
then I tried to use Microsoft's PDF reader, and it just, didn't work; my
JAWS was like freezing up and freaking out about it.
Thanks

I'm using the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (version 15.0) and, although some words do not have spaces between them, I'm able to read the document with very minimal issue. I've attached a Word version, however, if your troubles persist.
