[Ohio-talk] Resolution Regarding OOD Passed at Convention

Hello:

 

So, since I'm just now getting involved with the NFB again, there are some
issues on which I am a little unclear, one of which being the resolution
regarding rehabilitation services passed Sunday morning at the convention.
I understand that consumer choice is a part of this but I do not understand
exactly what the NFB plans to do, what they want from OOD and the other
issues with which Federationists take with the agency.  

 

I would like to understand this issue more clearly but I am not sure if this
is the appropriate forum.  I would appreciate it if someone who is highly
knowledgeable on this topic could email me off-list so that I may have a
discussion with them.  I'm also open to a phone call.  If this list is
indeed appropriate for this topic, then, by all means, respond and let's
have a group-wide discussion!  

 

I had a wonderful time at the convention and it was great to reconnect with
some of you whom I haven't seen for a few years.
