Hi Sherri,

You have a great laptop!

As you know, my computer crashed a few days before yours.  I asked Best Buy for their laptop recommendations, and they suggested Asus or Lenovo as two of the best.  Asus is the primary manufacturer and supplier of computer parts for itself and other companies, so it's best to get it from the source.  

Lenovo, which is the laptop I bought, bought up IBM's personal computer business, so the parts are high quality. 

Both these computers will provide us with long-lasting reliable service.
