I know this is not the list for it, but I thought you might like to know about a job listing I found on Indeed.com for a Client Help Call Center Representative.  

It's with the Greater Cleveland Food Bank and it's not just a call-center position.  Besides interviewing clients over the phone to determine eligibility, walk-in consultations are also performed, along with helping the customer fill out applications for programs.  Read more about it at:
