Not only can I help you with iOS devices, such as the iPhone, iPad, and others, I can assist with Mac OS devices as well. Answer your question, however, the Macintosh is a full-fledged computer that has a built-in screen reader called voice over. Without you being more specific, I, personally, I could go on for days.
