Hello,
If you would like to know more about the Macintosh, please feel free to get in touch with me. Not only can I help you with iOS devices, such as the iPhone, iPad, and others, I can assist with Mac OS devices as well. Answer your question, however, the Macintosh is a full-fledged computer that has a built-in screen reader called voice over. Without you being more specific, I, personally, I could go on for days. It would be best to know what exactly you would like to know about the Mac, and I'm sure I, as well as Chris, can help you out.
