T-Base Communications would like to thank you for your patience as we
compiled and analyzed the results for our recent study to gauge the current
availability of accessible communications.


Based on the survey you participated in in the later part of 2015, our
findings report a *highly under-served *North American blind and low vision
market.


Here are a few prominent statistics we’ve complied:

·         60% of respondents reported no accessible formats of brochures
about a business’s products & services.

·         56% reported having difficulty obtaining accessible statements;

·         71% reported that their requested documents/statement took 2
weeks or more to be delivered;

·         50% weren't able to find a company's section for accessibility
help
