Yes. I had some accessibility issues. I brought them to the attention of Colin Odden whose email is listed and he was most interested to hear my problems. He's working to address them. I think this is an important issue for those of us who need public transportation on an ongoing basis. Anything we can do to help improve what's available is worth trying. If our concerns aren't voiced, no change will occur. I encourage everyone to take this survey if possible. Thanks.

T-Base Communications would like to thank you for your patience as we compiled and analyzed the results for our recent study to gauge the current availability of accessible communications.
Based on the survey you participated in in the later part of 2015, our findings report a *highly under-served *North American blind and low vision market.
Here are a few prominent statistics we’ve complied:
· 60% of respondents reported no accessible formats of brochures
about a business’s products & services.
· 56% reported having difficulty obtaining accessible statements;
· 71% reported that their requested documents/statement took 2
weeks or more to be delivered;
· 50% weren't able to find a company's section for accessibility
