[Ohio-talk] Article about changes in sheltered workshops in OH

I believe that, with the proper placement in training, almost anyone can succeed at the level of earning a minimum wage. That's why we have a minimum wage. People with disabilities should not be treated as second-class citizens. They deserve the minimum wage to everybody else gets.
