Sheri and piggie puff people,This was our first Flying Pig Marathon interaction and this was awesome! It was  an exciting experience, energizing and fun.  Seeing and hearing all the runners as they passed through our area and how excited they were to be able to blow their nose at MILE 9, wow!  We all worked well together moving about the line and making sure there were always plenty of tissues available  to the participants so no runner had to wait.  The morning was perfect, and the sun was out, once it came up that is.  Our enthusiasm was obvious.  Our area was cleaned up and packed up with such coordinated effort that it was amazing.  i am very proud of all the volunteers that came and worked, despite the early hour!  I am all for doing something next year and refining our efforts.  With each project and event we do, we  see  ways we can  improve on our  efforts for our future efforts and learn from everything we do.   Thank you all and hope you grunts had fun!Carol

As your proud Vice-president, BLT Station Coordinator, NFB member and, most importantly, your friend, I would like to thank all of you who participated in and made every piece possible for the Flying Pig Marathon event on Sunday! It was a complete success. The weather cooperated, the runners were happy to grab their Puffs and the whole NFB Team got the job done.
