I know how challenging it is to focus on a long term goal and still manage
to keep the household running. You managed to do all that and overcome the
obstacles the powers that be threw in your path. You are tough, unstoppable,
and tenacious. I know that you will continue to rock this new career field.

After a long battle with BSVI staff shelbi obtained her Business Enterprise
license today. In August of 2015, they told her she was not a good fit for
the program, and they bounced her out. In early 2016 they bounced her out
again.

Today she scored 100 percent on the section of the final exam she had to
retake.

Shelbi got her license despite the agency, not because of it.

Great job Shelb.
