Dear Barbara,
Yes, Grand Ballroom 1 will be all yours after the Sports and Medicine
session. The hotel will need a minute, however, to set up the theater style
seating. The sound system will be already in place from the General Session.
This will be a podium mic and two wireless mics. Please let me know if there
is anything else you need.
Sheri

Sheri, I just want to be sure that the OAPUB will have Grand Ballroom 1
from 9:00 on. I spoke to Richard about out needing rehearsal time in the
room whee the play will take place. He said that we could have the space rom
9 on. This is really important. No one has spoken to us aout mikes for the
table in that room. Should I deal with that when we get there Friday?

Thanks,
Barbara

The National Federation of the Blind knows that blindness is not the
characteristic that defines you or your future. Every day we raise the
expectations of blind people, because low expectations create obstacles
between blind people and our dreams. You can live the life you want;
blindness is not what holds you back.
