To all chapter presidents , A memorial service will be held Sunday morning November 13, 2016 during the spirit of NFB Ohio Sunday morning musical showcase. A volunteer event. 
 Coordinated by Dr. Carolyn Peters Miami Valley chapter.


 A request for the following information is needed as soon as possible.
Name of the chapter
Name of the deceased member or members
 Briefly describe their term of membership and whether they held office  in your chapter
We would be honored to share their life and in FB.
