[Ohio-talk] Ordering Convention Tickets on Greyhound

Robby,
I have used Greyhound a few times in the last few months and have found that
the best way to order tickets is on the phone.
Call 800-231-2222 and work through the recorded menus.
When there is a choice to get the fare, be sure to say you want the price
for ordering on the phone.
Then, you will be connected with an agent.
The price of the order by phone tickets is half or less than the price
stated for buying tickets at the counter.
They are really trying to do better.
They email the tickets and you print them out to take to the station.
They have also been emailing me announcements and satisfaction surveys,
etc., plus the bus Thursday was clean and had wifi, a definite step in to
the 21st century!

Hope this helps.

Deborah

The National Federation of the Blind knows that blindness is not the
characteristic that defines you or your future. Every day we raise the
expectations of blind people, because low expectations create obstacles
between blind people and our dreams. You can live the life you want;
blindness is not what holds you back.
