 Thank you President payne, what a way to start the day! I'm with you, let's go build a federation there are so many people out there we need to reach, yet we must be positive, While we are extending a hand out we also need to extend a hand and lift someone up. Your news is good news and, for those that are not so happy, my sincerest hope is that they will feel better in time

  This transition is life-changing and it is a process of love and understanding
