I tried to take this survey and found it to be way too bothersome. It is not
designed well for me. If anyone else has taken it please let me know your
thoughts. I gave up.

Rice University Seeking Participants for Disability Role Model Study

Researchers at Rice University are conducting a Disability Role Model Study
to discover why disabled people are still underrepresented in both jobs and
higher education. Not many studies have been conducted to try to find a
correlation between the presence of role models and better life outcomes.
Therefore, we seek to look at how role models can affect higher education
and job outcomes for disabled people.

Any adult over the age of 18 with or without a disability may participate in
the study. Study participants will fill out an online survey that will take
approximately 15 to 20 minutes to complete. Those participants who complete
the survey and enter their email address will be entered into a raffle for
one of four Amazon $25 gift cards. To access the survey, please go to
http://bit.ly/2ahWBGA.

This research study has been reviewed and approved by the Rice University
Institutional Review Board. If you have concerns regarding this study or
questions regarding your rights as a study participant, please contact
Melinda Cotten, Director of Office of Research Compliance at Rice
University, either by email at cotten at rice.edu <mailto:cotten at rice.edu> or
by telephone at 713-348-6200.
