I doubt that this is a Federationist. I would expect the lawyer to be Scot LaBarre if it were since he is in Denver as well. We mostly stay away from entertainment suits since we are looking for president-setting decisions that will aid lots of blind guys. I probably see more theater in a year than most NFB members, but I want our funds to go for suits that will make a difference in people’s lives.
