There was a brief discussion about 309 however brought up by Senator Thomas. The chair of the committee indicated that his staff would need to investigate if there was any opposition to this bill. As we know, there was no opposition so we are looking to December 27 for the next and last chance of our bill being placed on the agenda  for the next session.
