Thanks Suzanne for letting us know about the scary scam and the website containing the general info about the Summer 2019 NFB Convention.

Sadly, some people seem to be ruthless and have no mercy or pity in their minds or hearts! We pray to God to guide them and cure them from such dangerous corruptions and diseases!

The 2019 NFB National Convention will be held July 7-12 at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino<https://www.mandalaybay.com/en.html> in Las Vegas, Nevada. Please visit our website to find general information about the convention<https://nfb.org/convention/2019>, including hotel room rates and sponsor and exhibitor details<https://nfb.org/sponsor-and-exhibitor-info>.

We’ve received two reports of unauthorized individuals who have contacted prior convention exhibitors about booking hotel rooms over the phone. We believe this is a scam. Please do not give your credit card info over the phone to anyone who calls you about staying at the Mandalay Bay and please let us know if you receive such a call.

I will be sending more information about registering for the convention in early January. Beginning January 1, you can call the hotel directly at 877-632-9001 to book your room. We look forward to working with you again.
